BHBD UK is the trading name of ADSN Solutions Ltd.

By accessing this website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices and product availability may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary depending on device display settings.

In the event of pricing or description errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund.


5. Delivery Territories

We deliver within:

  • The United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland); and
  • Certain Crown Dependencies including the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), where available; and
  • The Republic of Ireland.

Orders delivered outside mainland UK may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or handling charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Shipping & Risk

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person identified by you to receive them.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruption
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather
  • Industrial action
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

7. Returns & Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Certain goods (including hygiene-sensitive products such as hair extensions) may be exempt from cancellation rights where unsealed after delivery.
