Yes — we offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £80.

If you miss a delivery:

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an item.

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.

Tape extensions should be removed and reapplied every 6–8 weeks for an invisible, non-damaging result. If you follow this schedule and only use BHBD products on your BHBD tape extensions, we offer a 6-month warranty on the quality of the hair.

The durability of your extensions may vary depending on how well you care for them. If you follow all our care advice, your extensions can last well beyond 6 months.

BHBD tape extensions are developed to be gentle on your hair and won’t damage your natural hair when applied correctly. As long as they are applied properly, reapplied every 6–8 weeks, and you follow our care instructions, your hair will remain healthy.

Our extensions are made from 100% real Remy hair, which means they can be dyed — but this isn’t something we recommend.

If you want to adjust the shade or add pigment, we suggest using a low-peroxide toner. Always test the toner on a small strand first to see how much colour the hair absorbs. For best results, the hair should be clean and damp before applying.

Do not use permanent hair dye or bleach on your extensions, as this can damage the hair.

We recommend that your natural hair is at least 7–10 cm long to allow for proper application and to create a shorter hairstyle. We do not recommend extending your hair to more than double its original length.

All our extensions are made from 100% real Remy hair, which means you can heat style them just like your own hair. We recommend using heat protection and keeping the temperature below 185°C.

The great thing about extensions is that your style lasts much longer than on natural hair, so you won’t need to style them as often.

Yes, you can reuse tape extensions. Reapplication should be done every 6–8 weeks. How many times you can reuse the hair depends on how well you care for it and the condition of your bonds.

Yes, BHBD tape extensions are made from 100% human Remy hair, which is considered the highest quality of real hair.

When choosing the colour of your extensions, look at the colour of your mid-lengths and ends, as this is where the transition between your natural hair and the extension hair will be most visible.

For the best durability of your extensions, it’s important to follow all of our recommended care advice. We recommend using BHBD products only on extension hair. It’s also important to wash the hair thoroughly between the attachments to keep the scalp and bonds clean.

How often you should wash your extensions depends on factors such as your scalp condition and lifestyle, but we generally recommend washing them 2–3 times per week.

After each wash, it’s important to blow-dry the attachments to ensure they are fully dry.
